1967
TSE was started as a subsidiary of Superior Iron Works and Supply Inc. of Shreveport, Louisiana.
1981
TSE International, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Louisiana.
1984
TSE International, Inc. is purchased by The Timberland Group of companies. The acquisition significantly expands TSE’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities while retaining Made in USA products. It also combines the transmission equipment expertise of Timberland with the distribution equipment product line of TSE.
Later that year, TSE purchases the tension stringing equipment division of Pengo-Jetco of Fort Worth, Texas. The Pengo tension stringing equipment product line is consolidated with TSE.
1997
TSE International, Inc. achieves ISO9001 quality certification.
2001
TSE International, Inc. is named one of the top businesses in the region by the Shreveport Times.
2007
TSE begins to revolutionize the stringing equipment industry with the introduction of the first battery electric Puller/Tensioner which would later be known as the GREENMACHINE®.
2012
Timberland Group acquires certain assets and intellectual property of OK Champion which provides unique niche products for the electric utility, telco and sewer maintenance industry including Rodders and Cable Scrappers.
Patent for the GREENMACHINE® product line is received by TSE International.
2014
The General Manager of TSE International, Inc. is joined by Bobby Jindal, Governor of the State of Louisiana, to announce the company’s addition of 10,000 sq. ft. of production space to TSE’s facility in the Shreveport area to continue to offer Made in the USA products.
2015
An additional patent related to the GREENMACHINE® product line is received by TSE International, Inc.
2016
Brian Beavers, a long-time employee of TSE, is promoted to the position of General Manager.
2019
TSE introduces the In-Command system to the electric utility market at trade shows. The In-Command further revolutionizes the industry by allowing one operator to control both the Puller and Tensioner in a tension stringing operation. A patent is pending on this innovation.
2022
The first battery electric power GREENMACHINE® Rodder is introduced capitalizing on TSE’s engineering expertise and experience with electric powered equipment for the utility industry.
